Lead field operations on electrical projects, specifically transmission and distribution (T&D) projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion. Supervise construction activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of transmission lines, substations, and related infrastructure. P
• Ensure project safety, quality, and compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor field personnel.
• Resolve project challenges and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in T&D construction supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
