Senior Wafer Fabrication Engineering Manager

Our client seeks an experienced leader to manage and optimize a semi-automated wafer fabrication facility, oversee photodetector device fabrication, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage wafer processing operations, including photolithography, optical coatings, chemical processing, and metallization.
• Develop and optimize processes, recipes, and device performance using advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Oversee cleanroom protocols, chemical safety, and operator training.
• Drive process innovation and facility upgrades to enhance quality and production capacity.
• Collaborate across departments and lead by company core values: integrity, respect, commitment, and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• BS+ in Engineering or Physics; extensive semiconductor fabrication experience (III-V materials preferred).
• 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing management (optoelectronics ideal).
• Experience with ITAR regulations; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
