Location: Atlanta, GA, 30309.

Starting Pay: Up to $40/hr

Engineer 1 - Engineering Design Group

• 0-5 years of related experience and an accredited bachelor’s degree.
• Responsible for applying engineering processes, design criteria, and software applications to design and construct power related systems.
• Supports estimate preparation, develops design options, and prepares construction specifications.
• Provide guidance, oversight, and quality assurance reviews for approved contractors as they develop design solutions, cost estimates, and construction packages.

• understanding design practices and work processes, using all software applications used in design
• understanding industry and design standards,
• supporting design standard and criteria development for the system
• supporting construction and maintenance teams during day-to-day operations, estimating material for projects, transmitting construction packages and supporting specifications
