Tinci Materials (002709), a world-leading fine chemicals and new energy lithium battery materials enterprise, is now seeking a Cost Engineer to support the company's overseas project construction.
This position will serve as an important reserve force in the company's Engineering Construction Department, responsible for cost management and control of overseas projects, ensuring projects are completed within budget, and optimizing the company's internal project cost management system.

Main Responsibilities :
- Project Cost Budgeting and Estimation : Develop and review project budgets, conduct project cost estimations, and ensure the accuracy and rationality of budgets.
- Cost Control and Management : Monitor project costs during the progress, conduct cost analysis and control, and ensure projects are completed within the budget.
- Tendering and Bidding Management : Participate in the preparation and review of tendering and bidding documents, evaluate the quotations of suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure reasonable cost control.
- Contract Management and Review : Review project-related contracts, ensure that contract terms are in line with the company's interests and project requirements, and manage contract changes and claims.
- Project Cost Accounting and Reporting : Regularly prepare and submit project cost reports, conduct cost accounting and data analysis, and provide accurate financial information and suggestions.
- Optimization of Cost Management System : Participate in formulating and improving the company's internal project cost management systems and processes, and enhance project management levels and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- Educational Background : relevant majors such as project cost management, civil engineering, or engineering management.
- Work Experience : Over 3 years of experience in project cost management of industrial construction projects. Priority will be given to those with experience of participating in overseas projects as the client or the owner.
- Language Ability : Good written and spoken English skills, enabling effective communication with international project teams and clients.
- Professional Skills : Familiar with international project cost management processes and related regulations, especially the cost rules and norms of overseas projects. Have experience in cost control and management, and be able to independently prepare cost reports and conduct cost analysis.
- Communication and Coordination Skills : Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working efficiently in a multi-task environment.
- Adaptability and Sense of Responsibility : Be adaptable to overseas working environments, possess a high sense of responsibility and team spirit.
