International is seeking a Senior Lead Reliability Engineer to assess the risks and reliability associated with assets in the Springfield Assembly Plant.

The qualified candidate for this role should be a strong troubleshooter who understands how machinery works, with strong maintenance background and engineering experience. Machines could be conveyors, lifts, etc. Automotive background is a plus.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
• At least 5 years of Engineering and Reliability or Quality Assurance experience

OR

• Master’s degree in engineering or engineering technology
• At least 3 years of Engineering and Reliability or Quality Assurance experience

OR

• At least 7 years of Engineering and Reliability or Quality Assurance experience
