We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join a dynamic team providing Client Accounting Services (CAS) and Tax Advisory Services (TAS) exclusively to small business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

What You'll Do:

As part of our team, you’ll focus on improving financial performance and maximizing tax planning strategies for clients. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Managing internal controls and tax planning compliance.
• Hosting planning kickoff calls, month-end close calls, and quarterly reviews with clients.
• Spotting and resolving accounting errors within financial systems for complex clients.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax work.
• 2+ years managing a small team (3 or fewer).
• Enrolled agent certification, or similar accounting credentials.
• Strong skills in preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with cost management, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience hosting client-facing calls and effectively communicating accounting insights.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for empowering clients’ financial success.
