Seeking an experienced Office Project Surveyor to join our Survey Department staff in the Germantown, MD office.
Essential Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of boundary, topographic, record plats, legal descriptions and construction surveys.
• Candidate must have extensive experience with Civil 3D and Carlson software.
• Candidate must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times, the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively, and the willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
