BCforward is seeking a highly motivated OCM Project Manager to support their pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis.

Expected Duration: Long Term

Location: Indianapolis, IN/hybrid

The OCM Project Manager will be responsible for managing OCM planning and execution. The PM will focus on the human aspects of business process and system changes within the organization to ensure employee engagement, value realization, and adoption of the change. The Project Manager will work with stakeholders that are responsible for implementing the change and utilize tools and strategies to implement a plan that aligns with the timelines and deliverables of the team in order to minimize employee resistance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing a change management plan considering the change details and the affected groups
• Conducting OCM assessments, evaluating results and presenting
• Identifying potential employee adoption risks
• Developing specific plans to address or mitigate the risks
• Developing employee communication, resistance management, and training plans
• Creating and managing metrics in order to track utilization, adoption, and proficiency of employee changes
• Supporting the stakeholders during implementation of plan
• Working with development teams to integrate change plan into systems development
• Working with training, business areas and IT to develop plan to support the actual project implementation
