Role: Mainframe Lead / Architect with IMS DB (Java and Legacy Migration)

Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite from Day 1)

Job Description:

• 12+ Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernisation space.
• The Candidate has experience in understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
• The tech stack used is Java FSD, Python, Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS,MQ) etc as mandatory.
• The Candidate was part of the LMCOE (Legacy Migration) in his previous engagement.
• Has knowledge in automation tools in developing the problem statement using Python.
• The Candidate has experience and worked on the Mainframe Modernization in migration On-Prem to On-Prem, Cloud Migration to Azure, Migration to Microfocus.
• Has understanding in building the team composition for Migration Projects Programming experience on Mainframe COBOL/CICS/JCL/IMS/DB2 .
• Strong in triaging production issues using all the basic tools in Mainframe.
• Knowing Java/distributed solutions will be super plus.
