We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications that support our business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop custom applications and functionalities on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Design and implement data models, workflows, and business logic to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain best practices in Salesforce development.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within Salesforce applications.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability by implementing best practices in code and configuration.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce solutions.
