Contract position 12 months - must be Limited company registered


Position Overview:

The ERP Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP transformation project, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. This role is critical for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and driving the project to successful completion.


Key Responsibilities:


•Lead the end-to-end management of the ERP transformation project, from initial planning through execution and go-live.

•Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, identifying milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.

•Coordinate with functional leads, technical teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment with scope and business requirements.

•Oversee project budget, timelines, and resources, providing regular updates to the steering committee and executive stakeholders.

•Proactively manage project risks, issues, actions, and decisions, implementing mitigation and mobilisation strategies and escalating as necessary to maintain project progress.

•Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing concerns.

•Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure that project deliverables are on track.

Act as the main point of contact for vendors, SIs, and contractors, managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with project needs.

•Lead vendor and contractor onboarding, performance tracking, and coordination, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

•Work closely with vendors and SIs to address project requirements, troubleshooting any issues that may arise in a collaborative manner.

•Lead the change management effort in collaboration with functional leads and PMO support, promoting stakeholder engagement and user adoption.

•Ensure that quality, governance, and procedural standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications and Skills:

•8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 4+ years in ERP or large-scale complex IT implementations.

•PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

•Exemplary problem-solving skills and an ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

•Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a cross-functional, global environment.

•Experience managing third-party vendors, systems integrators, and contractors, with strong contract management and negotiation skills.

•Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

•Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and familiarity with change management processes for platform transformations in supply chain, manufacturing and finance functional areas.
