The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques

• Assist with expense planning
• Identify and resolve technical challenges

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Smartsheets preferred
• Proven experience (4+ years) as an IT Program Manager in managing Enterprise Wide-Large Scale Applications or similar role in managing complex IT projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (ADO, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Certification in Agile or Project Management a plus
• Minimum of 4 years as Enterprise (large scale) Program Manager experience
• Must be polished professional with solid tenure, excellent communication skills.
• Good candidates would be former IBM, PWC, etc.
• Minimum Program size 4 project managers
• Customer facing project experience- web based projects
• Experience working with and delivering to executive leadership (weekly basis)
