Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Warehouse Team Lead at Bibliotheca. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring that orders are filled accurately and timely. The successful candidate will ensure that the warehouse is organized and safe, overseeing inventory control, and that the staff members are supervised and trained.

Warehouse Lead Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires

Qualifications

• Supervisory and Operations Management skills
• Packing and Inventory Control experience
• Strong communication abilities
• At least 5 years' experience in logistics or warehouse management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of inventory software systems
• Previous experience in a library or similar setting is a plus

Warehouse Lead Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience with NetSuite (Oracle) ERP or WMS software
