Client Overview: Vernovis is partnering with our client to identify a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing and managing Salesforce systems, ensuring seamless integration with eCommerce platforms, and delivering actionable insights to enhance operations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage user accounts, customer accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including custom fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation tools like Process Builder and Flow.
- Support Service Cloud functions such as case management, service queues, and customer support workflows.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and eCommerce platforms, ensuring smooth order management and customer service operations.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Lead project implementations and manage releases to ensure smooth transitions.
What Experience You'll Have:
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing Salesforce Service Cloud and eCommerce integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data management, and CRM workflows.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience with third-party integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Celigo) and telephony integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience managing Community updates for customer portals.
