As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are investing heavily in ServiceNow to streamline our internal processes and enhance operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to become our first dedicated ServiceNow hire and play a pivotal role in shaping our platform’s future.

The Role:

As our ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and driving the ServiceNow roadmap across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the platform from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to design solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Define and drive the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring it supports business growth and transformation.
• Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
• Establish governance frameworks for platform usage, development standards, and security protocols.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to future ServiceNow team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, ideally within a complex enterprise environment.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
• Strong technical background with hands-on development and implementation experience.
• Ability to create and communicate a compelling ServiceNow strategy and roadmap.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a track record of successful project delivery.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
