Responsibilities

• Lead research efforts on generative video models, including Neural Avatars, Talking-Heads, Lip-Sync, and other foundational computer vision topics.
• Manage the prioritization and organization of research experiments.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and contribute to creating cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Academic or industry experience in talking-head or avatar generation.
• Published research in relevant areas.
• Proven experience leading research teams.
• Expertise in building end-to-end video pipelines utilizing technologies like NeRF, 3DGS, or video diffusion.
• Demonstrated ability to structure research projects to meet industry goals and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of best practices for research and development.
• Experience leading and mentoring research teams.
