We are seeking an experienced AI leader with 12+ years in AI, specializing in Generative AI and Machine Learning, to lead our AI practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing end-to-end AI solutions, building practices, and supporting business growth. Responsibilities include owning AI engagements, leading strategic AI initiatives, architecting solutions, managing AI teams, and driving client success. You must have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and strong communication skills to present AI case studies compellingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and help team to design customized AI solutions.
Strategic AI Practice Leader, taking comprehensive responsibility for client engagements and spearheading Narwal’s AI initiatives.
Design and develop AI & GenAI solution architectures, leading the process from initial concept to Proof of Concept (POC) or Proof of Value (POV) phases to build trust and demonstrate value to clients.
Conceptualize and build the design, architecture, and deployment strategy of AI solutions across domains, ensuring successful integration and delivery.
Must have hands-on experience in building and deploying different GenAI solutions across platforms like Azure, AWS and GCP.
Extensive experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other Generative AI concepts to innovate and develop tailored solutions for clients.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and growth.
Engage in presales and sales activities for the AI Practice, focusing on estimation, proposal quality, and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions tailored to client needs.
5+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing AI teams.
Skilled in managing end-to-end AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Strong experience in engaging with clients to understand their challenges and develop effective AI strategies.
Experience in supporting sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
Experience with Key Tools and Technologies:
AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker), Databrick, Azure (ML Studio), Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
Programming Languages: Python, SQL, R
DevOps & MLOps Tools: MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes
NLP & Computer Vision: Transformers (Hugging Face), OpenCV.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Ph.D.) preferred.
