UX Specialist
Start: 2 weeks from date of offer
Location: Remote - Onsite 1 week a Quarter for meetings
Length of Contract: 12 months
Hourly Pay: 60-75 p/hr - W2 Only
1-2 interview process virtually
Client is looking to add a UX Specialist to their team. This will be a hands on Production role but will also include some Project Management and dealing with stakeholders.

S3 UX Producer Role and Responsibilities
1. Knowledgeable of the work activities needed to facilitate the initiation, planning, implementation and closure of prioritized UX work.
2. Able to translate UX strategy into product requirements in partnership with product so that work is “Ready for UX” (example may include coaching product leaders, drafting product briefs, drafting
user stories etc...)
3. Skilled at facilitating UX project team discovery and delivery scoping; capture and coach UX story writing (e.g. epics, stories/UX tickets); communicate next steps and hold the team accountable for progress.
4. Able to consolidate multiple UX workstreams with competing priorities into a consolidated, clearly communicated prioritized view (i.e., workflow tool) for teammates.
5. Adept at negotiating tradeoffs and decision-making leveraging data-driven insights, becoming a
trusted contact for stakeholders leveraging strong crew competencies of Cultivate Difference and
Develop Others.
6. Experienced producing clear communications effective at monitoring and reporting on UX
workstream project issues, risks, changes and progress to business partners with a focus on
problem mitigation.
7. Understands the creative process and the role of each UX discipline in order to coordinate
workflow, improve efficiency, make connections and manage stakeholder expectations.
8. Knowledgeable of agile product management methodology and able to leverage tools (e.g. JIRA, Viz, and Agile Place tools) to capture work and articulate progress.
9. Able to identify and proactively implement opportunities to operationalize continuous
improvement of UX process for scall across CXD/UX to improve UX maturity.
10. Able to become a trusted contact for stakeholders regarding UX discovery and delivery status,
updates and changes.
