About the Role

Data Engineer position available for full-time hire. Successful applicants will work on data and applications to support pharmacists and automate systems to optimize medication therapy services. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced pharmacists on projects and services that aim to improve lives. This role involves interacting with multiple technologies, developing secure data pipelines, and integrating multiple platforms to enable pharmacists with the data and tools they need to assist patients entrusted to us by our clients. The primary goal is to improve patient care outcomes, with a focus on ensuring patients receive the support they need. Future projects include developing secure applications for pharmacist and patient interactions, building secure data pipelines, optimizing outreach efforts, and enhancing healthcare services through historical data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Degree related to Computer Science, Data Science and Engineering, Business Analytics, or Information Systems
  • Excellent proficiency in Python to move and transform data
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments
  • Strong SQL / MongoDB Database Knowledge
  • Understanding of secure programming and computing practices
  • Ability to manage and work with data involving complex transformations
  • Ability to integrate data flows to push and pull data using database connections, REST APIs, SFTP, and RPCs


Preferred Skills

  • Experience using AWS Cloud Services
  • Experience working with call center platforms, data, and software
  • Experience with Airflow, Argo, or other workflow management software
