Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Dot Net
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
• Platform Rationalization & Modernization experience
• Response against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products
• Speak the language of business users IT-speak and translate between the two realms
• Plan and coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and deployments in multiple tracks as needed.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and support for production deployed apps when required.
• Define the structure of an application system within the constraints of the requirements, architecture, SDLC and deployment context
• Identify feasibility issues while working close with UX experts and provide solutions to the targeted experience goals
• Ensure that the design is in line with our client’s architecture directions while following the technology best practices
• Ensure that design decisions are appropriately documented and communicated
• Review and analyze the requirements regarding their degree of detail, completeness (functional, nonfunctional, quality of service aspects) and feasibility as part of the requirements review
• Discuss feasibility of different design proposals and trade-offs made, their relative strengths, weaknesses, risks, implied costs, 'fitness for purpose', re-use, with domain architects, peers, PMs, and designers
• Manage the development process, interacting with development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of expected system change

Minimum Qualifications
• BE/B Tech/MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft.Net Framework, .Net Standard and .Net Core, C#
• A deep understanding of application architecture and development in .NET/Service Oriented models, .NET framework, CLR and VS.NET, ASP.Net
• Proficiency with relevant back-end programming languages, programming frameworks and tools, databases, and development platforms, including C# .Net Core, NUnit, AWS SDK for .Net, .Net Docker and SQL/MySQL databases.
• Proven experience working in an Agile software development environment including experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GIT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Exposure to performance analyzing tools, Postman, SoapUI, Swagger, MSMQ, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Strong unit testing skills.
