Technical Skills

(Required)

- 8+ year of IT experience or equivalent or 5+ year product/project management experience

- 7+ years of agile/scrum experience

- 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master with knowledge and demonstrated expertise in applying Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and scaled Agile practices.

- 4+ years of experience in the software development life cycle

- 3+ years of experience in sprint and program increment planning

- Experience running the multiple Scrum ceremonies.

- Experience implementing Agile estimation techniques
