Looking for candidates with 5+years of experience as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, Software Development Manager, or related Development Manager role. Prior experience as a Senior Developer, Team Lead/Architect, or Software Engineer would be needed for this role. Any experience within 3-D Modeling, Geospatial Modeling, Mapping, or Gaming would be a big plus for this role.

The Senior Development Manager is responsible for leading software development teams in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves strategic planning, coordination of multiple projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business and technical goals are met.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and modern development frameworks. Experience with Serverless architecture is a plus.
• Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and development tools (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Primary tech stack is Azure/.NET stack, C#, .NET Core, Kubernetes, JavaScript, etc.
• Candidates should have good management/leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate various teams.
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, and Distributed Systems Architecture would be a plus.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools is also a plus.
