Mix of Refresh and Deployment/Project work. 70%+ Off-site at various locations (All Around Indy, including Kokomo & Anderson at some point)

Fulfill requests from users for new equipment and equipment moves at and throughout the health network in Indy. Deploy equipment for new or relocated offices, and assist with getting systems online. This includes hardware and software installations, printers, and network setups.

Environment Snapshot:

· Leverage ServiceNow as their Ticketing System

· Responsible for ~16K computers (desktops & laptops) & ~3K+ Printers

Primary Duties & Skills Required:

· Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals

o Software/Hardware Refreshes, Imaging, deployment, etc.

· Software installs, setup, and troubleshooting

· Windows systems & data migration

· Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Familiarity with account management through Active Directory and NTFS permissions

· Asset and ticket management systems including inventory tracking, imaging and wiping assets

· Foundational understanding of computer networking and IP addressing
