Join Our Team as a Security Administration Analyst!


The Security Administration Analyst assists in the authentication and evaluation of security access requests, within established Service Level Agreements. This position is responsible for processing adds, changes and deletions to user security access, with proper validations, controls and audit trails.


Responsibilities

Security Administration

  • Process user system access requests with a 98% in 24 Hours Service Level Agreement.
  • Administer user system and data entitlements, across multiple platforms and applications.
  • Ensure system access requests are processed with high quality and accuracy. * Implement and modify user entitlements, as it relates to the rollout of new applications.
  • Generate and ensure the accuracy of entitlement reports.
  • Participate in special projects, as needed


Technical Support

  • Coordinate with local security coordinators and application data owners to ensure access to programs and applications are processed and verified, within the most current standards and requirements.
  • Provide input to new system entitlement standards and modifications.


Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems or related discipline or specialized training required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
  • Experience with the BBH business and its practices, a plus.
  • Knowledge of security administration technology, tools, platforms and data retrieval techniques.
  • Knowledge of operating platforms (z/OS, AS/400, Unix, Linux and Windows 2000 active directory), database and sub-system Platforms (Oracle, DB2 and CICS).
  • Knowledge of products (CA-TSS, Lotus Notes, Identity Management products) and Hyperion, Digital Certs and ACL Management.
  • Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
