About this role:
Seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ Years of experience working with ServiceNow
5+ Years of experience using BI Tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
Experience with monitoring technologies: Thousand Eyes & AppDynamics
Dedicated and leader of CIO PSM NFRs, including management of dashboards, Kanban boards, and backlogs
Agile and Scrum experience
Working knowledge of JIRA
Knowledge of dashboard creation in JIRA, using filters
Prepares the DTI Operating Review
Utilizes SRE methodology to create and deploy NFRs
Close oversight with LOB and App Owners to deliver on avail, incident, and problem management
Ensure research/analysis is complete to identify and categorize negative trends to bring out patterns
Ensure strong preventative actions and action plans are follow up on
Serve as and mentor for lead and senior PSM team members
Roadmap of critical project and infrastructure dates meeting NFR deadlines
Provide knowledge transfers
