Role : RPA Developer

Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite

Responsibilities

• · Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
• · Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• · Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
• · Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.

Qualifications

• · 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
• · Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure
• · Strong programming skills in Python, Selenium
• · Hands-on experience in working with Open Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA.
• · Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus.
• · Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• · Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus
