Job Title: Nilpeter Offset MO4 Operator

Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced Nilpeter Offset MO4 Operator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Nilpeter MO4 Offset printing presses with hot stamp, emboss, rotary screen, and flexo capabilities. Attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are essential for this role. This position requires specific Nilpeter MO4 experience and our client is willing to assist with relocation for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Nilpeter MO4 Offset printing press.
• Retrieve materials, inks, coatings, and tooling as per job specifications.
• Perform regular quality checks during the production process.
• Maintain and clean all necessary equipment, including printing plates and cylinders.
• Complete all required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and maintain strong attendance.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a Nilpeter MO4 Offset press.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to twist, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Good vision for inspecting labels under strobe lights.
• Work environment noise level ranges from moderate to high.
