Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager with a strong background in S/4 HANA to oversee and lead SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations within our automotive industry operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, a successful track record in managing complex projects, and familiarity with automotive industry requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead SAP S/4 HANA projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering, to optimize SAP functionalities for automotive processes.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the SAP project team.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing issues, and adjusting plans to meet evolving needs.

Implementation and Configuration:

• Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of SAP S/4 HANA modules specific to automotive, including production planning, materials management, sales and distribution, and quality management.
• Ensure SAP S/4 HANA solutions integrate smoothly with existing ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems.

Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure all SAP implementations adhere to industry standards, including Automotive SPICE and ISO/TS 16949.
• Perform regular audits and quality checks to verify that the system meets business requirements and compliance standards.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare contingency plans and facilitate resolution of project issues in coordination with the project team.

Training and Change Management:

• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members and end-users to maximize adoption and effectiveness of the SAP system.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in SAP project management, with at least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA and a focus on the automotive industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules relevant to automotive (e.g., PP, MM, SD, QM).
• Excellent project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources for large-scale SAP projects.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive industry processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
