Our client is a healthcare system located in the New York area, looking to bring on a Salesforce Administrator to their team on a full time basis. This role is central to ensuring the successful implementation of critical projects on the Salesforce CRM platform. As the Salesforce System Administrator, you will play a key role in driving the Salesforce deployment lifecycle, from gathering requirements to optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

• Customize the salesforce platform to align with business needs, including workflows, process efficiency and page layouts.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure salesforce module implementations are going smoothly and following the roadmap.
• Support enhancements and upgrades by gathering business requirements and delivering effective solutions.
• Writing and documenting the process to showcase project progression.
• Working with developers and junior admins to ensure technical milestones are being met for upgrades, maintenance, and implementations

Qualifications:

• Experience in Salesforce platform customizations, functionality, and configurations, working with platform objects, fields, and layouts.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
• Ability to follow Salesforce module implementation best practices along with roadmap execution.
• Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics tools within Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-year experience in a health plan or managed care setting is preferred.

Compensation is based on years of experience and in relation to the job responsibilities listed, our range is between $89,000 - $112,000.
