Job Description

This is a 5 day onsite role in Hartford, CT.

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE STARTERS


**Ideal Candidate Attributes:**

- Polished individual with impeccable written and verbal communication skills

- Approachable and presentable, as this is an asset management company Presentation is key

- Ability to follow very detailed processes and articulate past experiences in adhering to these processes

- Quick learner capable of getting up to speed rapidly, which is why we may consider offering a higher pay rate

- Experience providing white-glove deskside and phone support


**Technical Requirements:**

- Proficiency with the full Microsoft Enterprise Suite, including Teams

- Windows (80% of the environment), with some knowledge of Linux and MacOS

- Most support will be on-site, but some virtual support and VPN troubleshooting may be required

- Conference room support for audio and visual needs, including assistance with client presentations

- Familiarity with Zoom and WebEx

- Experience with printer/scanner issues and password resets
