Your mission with us:

• You are the force behind successfully implementing our solutions at the customer’s site, primarily remotely.
• You skillfully plan and structure each implementation individually based on a client’s technical environment. Your project management skills benefit you in planning the optimal approach.
• Knowing that implementing solutions in a complex environment doesn’t always run smoothly, you know how to handle issues and potential escalations
• To ensure quality and traceability, you document your work accordingly
• While you primarily work for clients within US time zones, you are sometimes supporting clients in time zones beyond, which will require the occasional evening/night session
• You work together with our sales talents as needed and act as a communication hub

What we wish for:

• Experience in implementing software/hardware solutions in a complex technical environment. If you are an experienced L3 support engineer with broad technical knowledge, feel free to shoot your shot.
• You can score points with basic IT services such as Linux/Windows, mail, DNS, network and Active Directory
• You have experience in the field of server virtualization (especially VMware, optionally Hyper-V) as well as troubleshooting skills in the field of networking (TCP/IP, routing)
• NAS services on enterprise storage systems are nothing new to you and you have already worked with NetApp ONTAP, Dell Unity, Dell PowerStore and/or Dell PowerScale. It is advantageous if you also have experience in the Microsoft storage environment.
• Your way of working is naturally structured and well-organized and you are a team player. Utilizing your orchestration skills is one way you make things more efficient.
• As a skilled communicator, you communicate effortlessly with different stakeholders and keep a cool head during escalations
• The occasional business trip is an exciting change of location for you
