Position: IT Systems Engineer-System Center Configuration Manager Engineer (SCCM)
Shift: 40hrs-Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Once a month onsite at Radnor, PA location. Open to remote on the East Coast.
Essential Accountabilities:
· Develop and implement software deployment strategies using SCCM, including application packaging, distribution, and updates.
· Manage operating system deployment (OSD) tasks, including image creation, customization, and deployment automation.
· Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards through SCCM configuration and monitoring.
· Maintain documentation of SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to SCCM and endpoint management.
· Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new SCCM features and technologies.
· Monitor SCCM infrastructure health and performance, implementing necessary improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an SCCM Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
· In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, including site design, hierarchy, and component interaction.
· Hands-on experience with SCCM administration, including software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment.
· Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and group policies.
· Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization tasks.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve SCCM-related issues.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate are a plus.
· Experience with other endpoint management tools such as Intune or Ivanti is desirable but not required.
Experience:
· Experienced systems engineer with 3+ years of system administration experience in Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 operating systems and endpoint/mobile operating systems, including but not limited to, Windows 7 and 10, iOS, OSX, and Android.
· Experience with cloud hosting solutions such as Microsoft Azure and O365 Administration and supporting technologies.
· Experience with electronic messaging and its security (Symantec Enterprise Vault, Data Discovery processes, Zix, ProofPoint, OpenText RightFax, Microsoft Exchange).
· Advanced knowledge and experience supporting disaster recovery, and administering Active Directory, including Group Policy management & user/machine security.
· Mobile device management (MDM) experience in a mixed corporate owned/bring your own device (COD/BYOD) environment (Microsoft InTune, Apple VPP, Android, iOS).
· Experience with automated monitoring systems, such as SolarWinds, Shavlik/Ivanti, Symantec Altiris, as well as experience with automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, and Ansible.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
