WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee production and engineering teams, providing clear strategic direction, hands-on support, and evaluation. This includes recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and discipline responsibilities, all in line with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires a strong presence on the production floor to maintain direct communication with the team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead and oversee daily production operations, ensuring alignment with safety standards, quality requirements, and budgetary guidelines. Directly manage and resolve manufacturing issues to maintain quality and on-time delivery targets.Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans that cover workforce, material, facility, and equipment needs. Partner cross-functionally to optimize resources and support continuous improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma practices.Supervise production and engineering teams through subordinate managers, guiding recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to maintain an engaged, high-performing team. Ensure direct oversight on the production floor to foster communication and collaboration.
