Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary:

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals while independently providing holistic, evidence-based care. This includes accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients ranging from 18 months and older. The role requires documentation via an electronic health record system. This position reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Application for DEA required at the time of offer.
• Candidate questionnaire must be attached with completed resume, including contact information.

Education:

• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Active state licensure in the advanced practice nurse role.

Additional Information:

• All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date, subject to approved medical or religious exemptions.
• The position requires work during clinic hours, including every other weekend.
