Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Diesel Mechanic at Netto Ag Inc located in Hanford, CA. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and agricultural equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting inspections, and completing necessary repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vehicles and equipment. It is essential to have a strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver's license
