SUMMARY
Provide day-to-day administrative and other functional support to the company, including
establishing a professional and customer service-oriented atmosphere to individuals calling
or visiting Centrinex. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
Support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR functions and provide basic
HR support services for employees.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Assist the department in carrying out various human resources programs and
procedures for all company employees; answer questions and requests; assist with
research and/or special projects
· Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports from
· Ensure smooth, efficient execution of the front desk
· Provide prompt resolution to inquiries by providing accurate information utilizing
good telephone demeanor
· Handle sensitive and confidential data and files
· Maintain inventory of office supplies.
· Answer telephones and transfer them to the appropriate staff member
· Meet and greet clients and visitors
· Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing,
printing, creating and editing correspondence, mailing, and filing
· Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
· Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
· Maintain and distribute staff schedules and changes
· Support staff in assigned project-based work
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned; personal ongoing
