The Ford Agency is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an education focused non-profit in DC. This is a busy role that will have a great deal of interaction with senior level staff and requires a candidate that English/Spanish bilingual, very well organized, and able to work very independently as a self-starter. This is a temp-to-hire role and has a hybrid, 4 day/week in-office work model in downtown, DC. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has about 3 years of experience providing logistics support and has found their calling as a right hand to an executive!
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
- Serve as main point of contact for the Executive's office and act as liaison
- Attend executive meetings and record minutes
- Field incoming requests and escalate as appropriate
- Assist with various projects as assigned
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, C-Suite level experience preferred
- English / Spanish Bilingual Required
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Salesforce a plus
- Top-notch organizational and project management skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and be available to work in-person 4 days/week in downtown, DC starting in January 2025.
