Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Modesto, CA. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the following:
- General office administration
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing front office operations
- Facilitating effective communication within the organization
- Billing
- Reconciliation
- Intake and discharge of new clients
Qualifications
- Office Administration and Front Office Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
- Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is beneficial
