The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the litigation processes and be proficient in personal injury cases. This is an essential role as it supports attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documents.
• Manage legal case files and other legal case management software.
• Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed
