Role Description

This is a full-time Engineering And Maintenance Manager role with one of our best clients in a recession proof industry. The Engineering And Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance management, and maintenance & repair tasks as well as reporting performance to executive team.

Qualifications

• 16 Indirect reports 4 direct reports (shift managers) 2 shifts 2 main production lines
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage maintenance staff effectively
• Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Maintenance Management: Experience in overseeing maintenance operations
• Maintenance & Repair: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant technical degree or certification in Engineering or related field
• Experience in Hydraulics and Automation industry would be beneficial
