General Qualifications
A. In order to be eligible to work under this contract personnel shall :
1) Be a US Citizen.
2) Be at least 21 years of age at the time of hiring.
3) Possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent or as required by position descriptions outlined in this attachment.
4) Have a command of both the written and spoken English language to properly and clearly communicate with co-workers and the general public.
5) Possess the ability to compose in the English language precise short paragraphs, written reports, traffic violation notices, and other reports as necessary.
6) Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license issued from a state within the US.
7) May not have had any felony convictions or any conviction for a charge of domestic violence or, within the last three years, (at the time of application) any conviction for driving under the influence (DUI). Any of these automatically disqualifies the individual from employment under this contract.
8) In the case of military service, any separation must have been under honorable conditions, if applicable.
9) Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance as required by Section J, Attachment 3.
*All personnel in all labor categories performing on this contract will be approved by the COR.
Armorer (ARM)
Duties:
1) Maintains open communications with DS/PSP/DEAV Armory for all work-related technical activities.
2) Repairs and maintains all contract weapons.
3) Performs routine duties as detailed in General and Post Orders.
A. Qualifications:
1) Must possess valid certifications from the manufacturer or other source of instruction approved by DS/PSP/DEAV on all weapons identified in the contract (9mm and M4).
2) Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of military (USMC MOS 2111, Army 45B/91F, or equivalent) or law enforcement armorer experience.
3) Must possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
