JCW is working on an exciting search for a Facilities Manager with a leading US pharma company. This role is crucial in supporting the team on equipment reliability, process optimization, and compliance with quality standards for the company. This is an on-site position in Houston, TX five days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and motivates a team of technicians to provide 24/7 support for manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime.
• Oversees preventative maintenance, resource allocation, and project execution to optimize production efficiency within budget and regulatory requirements.

You should apply if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
• Experience managing facilities in ISO 5/ISO 7 setting
• Hands-on experience of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and water systems in a sterile environment
