Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Minden, NV

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Type: Full-Time Regular

Pay Rate : $20-26/hr

We are hiring for a manufacturing company in Minden, NV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer orders (phone, fax, email, online).
• Collaborate with departments (Materials, Tech Support, Inventory, Shipping).
• Process new customer accounts , collect credit references, and follow up on account statuses.
• Perform invoicing, credit adjustments , and handle administrative duties.
• Manage large orders and communicate with managers.
• Backup switchboard and greet visitors as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience .
• Strong computer skills , including spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills , oral and written.
• Attention to detail , multitasking ability, and patience .
• Self-motivated with good business sense.
