Job Summary:

Meneses Law is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of the organization. This role involves managing and optimizing operational processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring that all departments work cohesively to achieve organizational goals. The Senior Operations Manager will report to the Director of Operations and play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Operations in translating high-level strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
  • Assist in executing and monitoring these plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate current operational processes and systems to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication and cooperation between departments to ensure cohesive efforts toward achieving business goals.
  • Address interdepartmental issues and promote a unified approach.
  • Review and refine operational systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they meet current needs.
  • Implement updates and improvements to enhance system effectiveness.
  • Develop and enforce quality control protocols to maintain and elevate service or production standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with these standards.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and address performance issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to preempt and address potential operational risks.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.


Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Have a strong Project Managment background and understanding.
  • Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.

Job Types: Full-time

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business administration required.
  • Extensive and diversified background with at least 5 years of related experience.


Compensation:

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
