The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our established customers and play a vital role in customer experience and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have leadership in account management, a passion for helping others and building relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers professionally and efficiently
- Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
- Proactively communicate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and current customers
- Prepare and deliver high-value job quotes based on project information
- Follow up on quotes, ensuring our quotes are competitive and aligned with market conditions
- Report and update department heads on high profile projects
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
- Generate reports on product sales to inform business decisions
- Assist with general sales and warehouse duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to attendance and promptness
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
