Great practice; a "1-stop shop" for healthcare providers on employment matters, buy/sell deals, higher rated litigation work etc.! SUPER strong salary and benefits; ideal interviewing at beginning of 2025 with a late January start! Some wiggle room with start date.

Responsibilities

• Business, civil litigation
• Transactional experience
• Review and draft routine legal documents
• ON-SITE; dependability required but a nice environment with zero turnover!
• Please NO SMOKERS!
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Conduct legal research

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working as paralegal with GOOD TENURE
• Transactional / M&A, contracts type of experience
• Civil litigation experience; appellate is a bonus!
