Construction Manager

Due to the award of several new projects, WFT Engineering, Inc. ( has an opening for a experienced construction manager for private sector and Government clients.

The successful candidate will be professional team players with a "can do" attitude and have exceptional English reading, writing and grammar skills, internet and computer skills, organizational abilities, present well and be reliable.

All candidates must be proficient with Word, Blue Beam Excel, Procore, e-builder, Cx Alloy, Fieldwire and understand customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years active experience working in the field, understand engineering fundamentals, have field experience and be able to produce detailed reports. Former contractor superintendents and project managers welcome.

Minimum skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years’ field experience

• Can review and process submittals

• Can travel to projects in the DMV area

• Can prepare detailed field reports

• Experience with commercial and public sector projects

• Knowledge of codes and standards
