Job Title: Senior Superintendent - Student Housing

Location: Midland, Texas

Salary: Competitive base salary + Bonus. Per Diem, Car Allowance, and Gas Card. Great Benefits.


Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for building state-of-the-art student housing facilities? Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Superintendent to lead their student housing construction projects. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of student living environments, ensuring that every project is delivered with precision, on schedule, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of student housing construction projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets student housing standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and manage costs.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the Midland area and occasionally to other locations as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction supervision, with significant experience in student housing projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willing to travel within the Midland area.
