Los Angeles -- AmLaw 100 firm seeking a corporate associate with 5-7 years of experience in general corporate practice with an emphasis on private equity, capital markets, securities, and/or mergers and acquisitions to join its globally recognized practice. Qualified candidates will have meaningful law firm experience and top credentials. Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively. Primary responsibilities include drafting deal documents, leading complex due diligence, management of team (including junior attorneys) and interacting with clients.

Must be barred in California.

The expected salary range for this position is $250,000 - $400,000, depending on experience.
