A client within the Charlotte area is looking for a Service Engineering Manager to manage field service technicians. The client is a market leader in the renewable energy industry (Wind and Solar).

The Role

As a Service Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage Field Service Technicians on a daily basis
• Ensure customers have minimal downtime
• Liaise with management and energy management companies

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for the Control Systems Engineer role, we are looking for the following;

• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience managing 5+ service engineers
• Electrical Engineering background (desirable)

Compensation Package:

• $120,000+
• 401k match.
• 15 days PTO.
